  New floor, sink, dishwasher install and worktop changes

  James is a great guy. We are really glad we went with him as the work exceeded our expectations. We had a new sink installed, new dishwasher, new cabinet, work top changes and a new laminate floor put down. We were a bit worried having issues with another contractor but James did a rly good job, we would not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Thank you for the work!

  New porch and back doors, some new windows

  Building work costs- we all know that. My general experience is that, when sourced via Checkatrade, the rate is relatively high. There is nothing worse however than paying a lot of money to a tradesman, only to have them do a mediocre or even worse, a bad job. James and Glen did a very good job for us. You will not regret having a first class job done by JM Construction. I have been nervous about having work done in the house since we bought four years ago. I have had bad experiences after bad experience- I have now found a very trustworthy builder. Even my OCD partner was impressed!

  I instructed JM Construction to carryout some handyman jobs around the house. I required the installation of four sets of blinds.

  I was very impressed at the courtesy of the handyman, he was quick accurate and very reliable.I was very happy with the finished installation. I have now instructed them again to carryout further works in my home.

  Helped with carpentry

  We called at short notice and were so impressed we wished we had known James and his team before we had given the contract to them instead of the ones who let us down. Although it was only a short bit or work, James was true to his word and ensured a good job was done. We need more people like him in the industry.

  New Bathroom

  This job was a full rip out of our old bathroom, and replacement bath, seperate shower, sink and WC. The job was done to a high level of quality, with James offering advice over what bath shower sink etc we should get, and suggesting they create a custom built-in vanity unit to house the sink and loo - all within the original fixed price. The bathroom now looks amazing - we went with high end fittings and nice tiles to give a very posh look!
