Complete roof slating
Very good neat work. We are well satisfied with the service
Remedial work following storm damage after work JM had provided.
Despite the first class work provided by JM Contractors when replacing our roof, guttering and soffits, very high winds caused damage to the guttering and drain pipe. Joseph and the team responded immediately to our request for assistance. True to their word JM Contractors completely honoured their work guarantee and did so without delay. Fixing broken tiles and cleaning guttering
I Have bad experience with previous roofers and builders but I have to say joseph senior and junior are the role model that all roofers should aspire to be. Fantastic
Removal of chimney
I'm unsure of the exact date of work however my chimney was removed at a cost of £2500. A tile came off a few weeks later which was replaced. On 4th January Facias came off the side of the roof where the chimney had been removed I sent a picture and asked for it to be rectified I continued to ring Joseph at J M contractors over the next 3 months but there was always an excuse why they could not do the work. In April I emailed the company but no reply. I have just paid another roofer who has rectified the poor work.
New slate guts are pipes
I won't give 5 stars I will give them 20 stars as Joseph was amazing very helpful as we had a small problem with the bank and with my brother and sister in law both mentally disabled Joseph and the team of lads was very understanding and made them feel comfortable and Laughing with them and Joseph was in communication right throughout very professional and very quick did amazing job I fully recommended them for any job the Trafford family thanks Joseph and the team of lads for everything thay have done
