  Highly recommend; came out promptly, did the work quickly, fixed the issues without any hassle. Nothing was a problem for them. Cleaned up after themselves. Nice guys, good banter. Would definitely hire them again.

  Honest and competent roofing contractor

  James responded promptly to my enquiry and gave me a competitive, written quotation the same day. The work involved reconstructing two valley gutters on my house roof and replacing the original GRP linings with lead. All rotten timbers were replaced with new, treated timber and the felt and battens were renewed before the tiles were refixed. I was shown photos as the work proceeded. The work was undertaken to a good standard and was completed within the timescale and price quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending James for work of a similar nature.

  Unreliable, shoddy & untrustworthy

  Unfinished Job - leaking gutters, broken tile, soffit & trim missing, nail holes in fascia board, missing silicon sealant. On " completion " pleaded with me to make full payment on basis he would return - have been let down badly as refuses to return, despite his promises. Job has taken in excess of 4 weeks, most likely due to them not turning up on at least 8 days during that time without the courtesy of letting us know. Do yourself a favour and stay away from an unreliable and untrustworthy trader - this has nothing to do with Ridgwood roofing who have been excellent. Avoid,avoid,avoid

  Reliable and Professional Roofing Service

  I had a very positive experience with this company. The work was carried out to a high standard and everything was explained clearly before they started. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and left the area clean and tidy once the job was finished. The quality of the roofing work looks excellent and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
