    Conversion of downstairs cloakroom into a shower and cloakroom

    From start to finish the service we received from John and his team was exceptional. Charlie Terry project managed and undertook most of the work and his attention to detail and communication with us was outstanding.We could not be happier with the room and the way our project was managed and kept within budget.

    great small cloakroom refresh

    JMC Property Maintenance did a wonderful job on our small downstairs cloakroom. Whilst the job was small, they turned up when they said they would, did a brilliant job and left everything super clean and tidy. Very happy with the process and result.

    High quality workmanship.

    John and Charlie replaced a tiled floor in my bathroom with vinyl tiles, installed a radiator and replaced the shower screen. All done to a very high standard and in the agreed time. I am delighted with the result.

Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. We are proud to be family run, known locally for our fantastic service. Our customers often comment that every colleague they interact with is approachable and cheerful; we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
