  • Repairs to toilets and bathroom

    I needed two toilets repairing as they wouldn’t flush properly and I wanted new taps for the bath which were old. Janette came to view the job gave me a very reasonable quote and date for starting the work. She stayed in touch all the time and turned up early on the day. Some of the jobs were very difficult but she did the lot in a good timeframe and the toilets work perfectly and I now have a shower over the bath. Thoroughly recommend, complete professional and reasonably priced. Thank you Janette.

    Janette asked questions and asked for photos before her initial visit to try to clarify what the job entailed. It turned out to be a bigger job than first thought including some changes to the kitchen as well as changing the piping and electrics. The work was done, problems overcome and I now have an effective hot water system. Not content with that Janette has returned twice to add parts that were not strictly necessary but made things more robust and safer for an elderly and disabled man. On each occasion the kitchen was left clean and tidy.That is what I call exceptional service!
