Junaid and his team took on the project management and build of our 2 storey side extension. For something that can be quite an overwhelming project, they made it super easy. Keeping us informed at every step, advising us on key decisions and ensuring a perfect finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking at a similar or larger project to use their services.

Both, reliable and impeccable workmanship (despite challenges) to ensure precision builds using quality materials. Communication was excellent: regular updates and prompt query responses. Showed genuine respect for my home, best efforts at minimising noise and respecting my family’s schedule. Highly recommended for any large extension/house refurbs.

Work was carried out to the specified standard. The quote and final price were the same, and we knew exactly what works would be carried out and the timeline before the builders started the works. Builders kept us informed of progress throughout the 2 days, and were able to answer any questions along the way. Very knowledgeable and were able to advise us on the best way forward on a number of things. They left the room they were working in tidied when they were finished. Minimal disturbance to the rest of the house. Builders were very courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent work man ship, done to a high standard and on schedule

Very professional and knowledgeable . We have complete confidence that all our work has been done to a high standard. Honest and trustworthy, we felt that we always got the correct advice, putting our needs first when on multiple occasions this was the less profitable option for him.
