Trustworthy and communicative tradesperson
We hired Joel to install a kitchen door and he's a trustworthy, sincere tradesperson who takes his work seriously. There were a couple of hiccups along the way — a wrong door ordered and a few small installation issues — but he addressed everything without hesitation and saw the job through properly. Communication throughout was excellent and he was always easy to reach and happy to discuss the project. Great job - will use again!
Joel was great - replied to all messages and questions quickly, turned up on time and did all the work I needed (putting up wires for plants on walls and fences) efficiently and unobtrusively, and was flexible and helpful when I asked him if he could do more than originally planned!
