    I got in touch with J and S services and spoke to Jason. Jason was very professional and asked for a few pictures to help price up the job. He got back to me almost instantly. We had planned to do the work at a later date but he was able to complete it sooner than expected! He sent round a person called Andy who I could not recommend enough. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He spoke to us about what caused the issues and how we can help prevent further issues arising. This was perfect to us as it shows they care about the customer. Everything was tidied up the way it was found.

  • Leak from outside my house which had caused water damage to my kitchen. Emergency call out for help.

    Absolutely first class service and response to heavy rainfall water damage. I made call early Thursday evening and was advised to send photos to show the problem. It was dark so was advised to send exterior photos early Friday morning. Response came back immediately at 06.30am !! I was reassured and J said he would be round am. The external damaged area of our house was temporarily sealed and secured from rainfall to prevent any further damage. I was impressed by the quality and immediate response to my predicament and the friendly manner in which it was carried out. Brilliant!
