  High standard of work

  The house rendering and wooden porch were painted. Jason worked in the sweltering 2026 summer (30+ degrees some days) and completed the work on time and to the agreed budget - it changed a little over the course of the work as I added items not included in the original quote. The work was to a very high standard, most impressive was the detailing which is millimetre perfect. Very pleased and we're looking to have Jason do some interior decorating for us. We can't think of any reason to deduct anything from our rating score.

  Full exterior house paint and making good anything that needed work x

  Firstly had a quote from J & K Properties back in January x i explained i didnt want the work started for a few months but was looking for quotes for a time that suited us both x Received several quotes from different companies but after meeting with them all i decided on said company x Price wise he was middle of the road and acceptable x The products he used were products i knew x liked and had faith in x Finally i booked this company for sometime June x Perfect x i chose this company above the other people that quoted because i felt... They listened to what i wanted x They looked house over and expressed what they felt needed doing and why x Pricing was within my budget x Time job would take was acceptable x Job was started in and completed in June x Good communication throughout x im extremely happy with quality of work completed x The house ( which is a 1903 terrace ) looks fresh x well cared for and back to looking its best x Thankyou to Jason for your hard work x

  Jason is a very nice and very professional guy his workman shio is great nothing is an issue and will over come any problems whilst talking to you as a customer brilliant service fantastic attitude and never lets you down

  Decorating our kitchen and dining room.

  As ever Jason was diligent, punctual, hard working and communicative. This is the fifth time we have secured his services and as with the previous four times we are delighted with the results.
