Complete waste of time and money
The locks that needed replacing where complicated so we paid a lot of additional labour for this, three out of four of the locks weren't installed properly, this resulted in safety incident where young people got locked in a room. Three doors are damaged and one lock has fallen out entirely. We tried to resolve it but have been told we will be charged for any additional hours and have been going back and forth with them for a month. Out of pocket £600 and need to find a new locksmith to get everything redone.

Efficient and great work

Emergency locksmith help!
Huge thanks to John for coming to my rescue! My key snapped in the lock on my property when I was in a rush, and after one call to John he attended promptly, was polite and helpful, and sorted the job in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. Thank you John for saving a stressed mum with 3 non-sympathetic children in tow! 100% recommend using him.
