Two pleasant young men came to view the problem and were able to fix it there and then. Their price was reasonable and we were very pleased to have our problem dealt with so promptly.

Quote requested to reattach a down pipe after we struggled to repair due to work height. We had all parts except screws which J Moss supplied. A small job that a lot would not be interested in. First company to ring was J Moss Roofing. Work completed safely and quickly on quote visit. Charged call out fee £50 and £50 for work. I had no other quotes to compare it to. I was advised receipt would be emailed to me, still not received even after follow up text. Was not expecting call out fee to be charged and no receipt but at least it's fixed.

Strip roof down to rafters and replace felt then refit tiles and edging.
