James is a brilliant painter and decorator, has done indoor and outdoor work for us and can’t be faulted. He turns up when he says he will, calls back promptly when needed, prepares surface immaculately and with a constant eye for detail. James is a true pro.

Had a good feeling about James from first contact. I found him on checkatrade.Com. He was really friendly and personable. He gave us a reasonable price quite quickly. He was easy to have around the house and was really courteous. James did a lovely job and we will definitely use him again. I would thoroughly recommend him.

James did an amazing job for us he painted my mother in laws flat to an exceptional standard. I can’t say enough good things about the work that was carried out. All done within a timely manner. James is a master of his trade. His friendly manner was helpful as mother in law felt very happy he was there. Nice to come across a trades person who cares about his customers, provides quality work and at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Working with James was a pleasure, from getting the initial quote to completing the work. James decorated several rooms for us, including one that had extensive chasing and large holes in the wall from botched electrical work. None of this was too much of a problem for him. We had a sofa delivered during the decorating work, and he went above and beyond, single-handedly solving the problem of getting the sofa into the lounge. I don't know what we would have done without him. Quality of his work: superb. So tidy you wouldn't know he was there.

James painted a brand new bedroom, bathroom, the hallway and all of our new staircase/bannister. He gave his expert opinion on where to place the feature of colour in the bedroom to look it’s best and it looks great. He obtained the products needed to save any hassle for me and kept me in the loop of anything needed. We had a family trip away and I allowed James in the house as I consider him extremely trustworthy and courteous of being in my home. Would 100% recommend for any inside/outside work and he is very reasonably priced!
