Joe contacted me quickly and directly about the job. He is friendly, courteous and respectful. I needed my walk-in shower repaired within a certain timeframe. Joe assessed the problem, ordered the part straight away to make sure this could be fulfilled. The job wasn’t as straightforward as it could have been as the shower had been broken for a long time but Joe and his colleague resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Having the use of the shower again has been a godsend. I’d definitely ask him to do work for me again in the future.
