John completed all jobs to my satisfaction, explaining exactly what was wrong and showing me how the problem could be fixed, such that I understood. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his trade He advised me of all options and did not guide me down the 'replace it' route, if he thought he could fix items, which he did. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use John again in the future.

Replied to add very quickly, came to quote the job the same day and carried out work the following day. On time, great job and fair price.

Shower cubicle leaked continuously, shower tray fitted un level, scratched chrome shower cut into a shower tray, chipped the vinyl coating of a vanity unit. Fitted a radiator which is not properly fixed to the wall it leaked through the kitchen ceiling damaging the paint on the kitchen wall. Left tools in my bathroom sink which caused the bathroom plug to jam shut. Damaged numerous floor and wall tiles. Silicone around the shower tray and sink looked like it was done by a 5 year old. When I highlighted these faults he took offence. No invoice produced, not enough words to list all.
