  The guys @JM plumbing, were very organised, punctual and polite. They had come to service my boiler and due to an issue with a part or parts needed to carry out the service they advised I get an Ideal engineer to my house. I wasnt charged for the visit and the guy explained perfectly why he could not carry out the work. I would be very happy to recommend and or use them again.

  I inquired about a boiler installation at a tenanted property, the people at JM, fixed it with no fuss, the next day. Great work, professionalism, will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs and recommend their service to anyone requiring the same.

  Had two new radiators installed.The guys were very polite and professional.Turned up on time and had the job done very quickly.Everything was thoroughly tested to my satisfaction before they left.Would not hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend to everyone.Many thanks again

  So, Shaun came and did our boiler service and did all the relevant checks etc. such a lovely chap and so professional, thorough and a very clean worker! He also checked out our leaking shower, and the necessary parts were ordered, and a few days later, Shaun came and fixed it all for us and replaced all the shower door runners (2 had broken), so we asked for all to be replaced. Again, like Dave, Shaun did a great professional job and is a lovely chap too and is a clean worker too. Very satisfied again with their work. Jack is fabulous, of course. We would never go anywhere else. Thanks Jack

  Jack came within a days notice to fit the flue brackets.

  Jack was amazing. Came on short notice to fit the flue brackets, check the boiler etc and gave great advice!
