    Quality work and communication

    JMPM were contracted do maintenance work on our building. This included decorating the front, repointing work on walls amd chimneys and fixing the windows. It was a big job and Julio was great throughout. The work was done to a high standard and he kept all of us updated (4 flats) throughout, and took care to keep our neighbour happy too.

    Highly recommend this incredible builder/decorator

    The job was to redecorate the outside of our 4 story (4 flat Victorian conversion). This also involved extensive re-pointing, structural work adding helibars, restoring rotten windows and much more. Scaffolding was erected for the job. The attention to detail and care of work was second to none. Julio takes great pride in his work and the results were fantastic. Always left the site spotless after every day.Best communication I’ve ever experienced with a builder/company. Very fast responses, polite and clear. A pleasure to work with. Will actually miss having him and his team around.

    Work on exterior of our house

    The two workers Ben and Julio did the work to a very high standard within the time allotted and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend them to others and would employ them again they were reliable and very trustworthy

    Julio is very responsive, reliable and efficient. He produces a high quality of work and the pricing is very transparent. We would always go back to him if we needed things doing as we know what to expect and that he’ll finish the job in the timeframe he’s estimated. His work is very good and he’s a pleasant presence to have around.

    Removed French doors to open up the dinning room into the conservatory and decorated throughout

    I have had a fantastic experience with JMPM right from the start. They responded quickly to my request through Checkatrade and arrange to come round within a day. I received the quote the same day and they were able to fit me in quickly. Julio and his father provided a high level of service, with excellent workmanship. They were very polite, courteous and communicated throughout. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend, we will definitely be using them in the future.
