  New shower pump fitted after the alst one ruptured

  Jamie came round and fitted the pump in next to no time. We found him to be extremely polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

  Install new shower and pump

  I was very pleased with JMP Jamie was very informative from the start to finish explaining what would be needed and why. I found him very polite and left our home spotless every night. He was very reliable and workmanship is unquestionable we are very please we found Jamie and will certainly recommend and use in the future.

  Fitted out wet room and other various plumbing jobs

  I have used JMP on many occasions to complete plumbing works for my business. I can highly recommend this company. Jamie gets the job done to a very high standard and you can always rely on him. I will continue to use JMP on our future projects.

  Fixed toilet systern

  Jamie was able to fix this problem in a different way to that initially quoted, and proactively did so in order to reduce the amount of work and cost involved. This also produced a better result, as we did not need to replace one type of tile for another. We were impressed by this honesty and professionalism, and the end result was spot on.

  Toilet unblocked

  Jamie identified the issue (incorrect piping) and rectified the problem. He also suggested structural changes to ensure problem does not recur in future. Everything was restored to a good level of tidiness after the job, and Jamie was very courteous and helpful throughout.

  Rip out existing bathroom and fit new bathroom

  Commissioning JMP Plumbing and Electrical Services should seriously be avoided. The business model of the proprietor is all about making up add-on jobs to maximise the fee he can charge you. JMP came in with a reasonable quote at the beginning to secure the commission to fit our new bathroom. But then the catalogue of add on jobs began, which means we would pay a much higher rate for the work, than we budgeted for. The add-ons were effectively jobs that should have been included in the original quote, like re-plastering seriously cracked wall plaster, or laying a floor base to lay tiles on.

  I'm very sorry you feel this way; I have hundreds of very happy customers who would completely disagree with you. Upon quoting your job you were advised that once the tiling was removed that there would be a possibility that the walls may need to be replastered. In your case 2 walls were which you were quoted a very reasonable price. I will not charge every customer for unnecessary works just to please you as that would be a poor way to run my business. You've scored me 4 for tidiness but I have before and after pictures of your property which clearly prove I left your home in a much cleaner state on withdrawing than it was when I arrived. I advised you at the start of your job to save you money where you were being overcharged for things from your supplier but your ignorance blinded you once again. I feel you should be named and shamed to avoid other reputable companies suffering the same misfortune as myself, fortunately for you there is data protection. Future customers as I mentioned earlier I have many photos to back my counter response up which I’m very happy to provide.
