  Sofa and carpet cleaning

  Wow! I cannot fault Joel and Luz on any point whatsoever. Hands down the best customer service and work I ever have had done. It was so refreshing to have polite, passionate and punctual people, who treat you, your home and your pets with the utmost respect. Just brilliant. Fantastic and very reasonable prices and excellent communication. Our sofas and carpets look brand new! Thank you Joel and Luz; I wouldn’t dream of using any other company at all! All the best!

  A thorough job at a very fair price

  Jo did a very thorough job with his steam cleaner. He covered areas that I hadn't originally asked him to include in his quote, without charging extra. The stair and landing carpets came up a treat, but two of the rugs still showed some residual marks. I didn't ask Jo to repeat the process because these were old stains and ground in dirt and I guess there's a limit to what can be achieved even with hard work. I would certainly recommend JMR Services and will use them again if the need arises.

  Fabulous communal carpet cleaning

  The communal carpet in the Victorian House I live in had not been cleaned since it was set in place. Joel and his team did a fabulous job cleaning every little bit of the stairs and landings, and left them looking great - they even removed some stubborn gum that had been stuck in a couple of steps for about 10 years! I am very pleased with the result.
