Very pleased with new pitched roof. Excellent communication throught, good bunch of hard working guys (especially considering it was 30+ degree heat that week). Showed and explained all the issues with the roof clearly and was more than happy to explain the options. Sorted new roof, beams, soffits and fascias.

Absolutely blown away by this team from start to finish. They made what felt was going to be a very stressful job not stressful at all. James was amazing from the quote through to completion, taking care of scaffolding and cleaning, and always keeping us updated. The roof and chimney look incredible and the guys clearly care about their work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend James and his team, would have them back in a heartbeat. I have been most impressed with James and the team. They were highly professional throughout and did an excellent job replacing all the ridge tiles and securing the chimney. They also carried out additional work at no extra cost, despite the original quote already being very reasonable. I would happily recommend them.

From the moment James was contacted, he has been extremely proactive and exceptionally friendly. James went out of the way to view the property, even before its purchase to ensure a competitive quote for a new roof. Scaffolding erected as advised with the team starting the following day. Issues with chimney stack identified during the work with competitive fix suggested. No pressure to have done but we did. All additional extras covered without issue, with James and his team going the extra mile to help with non roofing issues as well. Team were extremely polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

From quotation to completing the job was three days which was fantastic. James assessed what was needed and advised us on how we should proceed. The team were polite, worked hard and efficiently, clearing up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble including James picking up water butts which we had to order at short notice. We would thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate in using them again.
