James was brilliant! I posted the job twice on Checkatrade because it couldn’t be fixed by the first call out. James spoke sense when he called me and I had complete confidence in him, he couldn’t get to us straight away but was honest about it and we were happy to wait. He came when he said he would and communicated brilliantly. He’s opened and replaced the part and I couldn’t recommend him enough!🙌🏻

Composite door lock had become loose and awkward. The repair required a new lock to be fitted. James from JNM did the work. I simply can’t fault him. He responded quickly to our request, gave an accurate pre-installation quote, kept us updated on arrival times and arrived when he said he would. The work was completed without fuss, in a proper professional way and without any mess. Better still, James was a really nice bloke. He was really helpful, explaining all about the fault and how he could fix it. I would definitely have no problem recommending this business to friends and family.

James contacted me very quickly after I put out my request to solve a problem with a lock on the conservatory outside door. He messaged me with an estimate for the job and arranged to visit the next day. He knew what was happening to the door and why it wouldn’t lock easily, sorted it out very quickly and efficiently and did a really good job. I recommend James wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend James from JNM Locksmith. From the moment I sent an enquiry about a door that was no longer locking, James called me back almost immediately. Within two hours, he had assessed the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. He also checked my other doors and windows, tightened anything that needed attention at no extra cost, and oiled the hinges. I really appreciated him going the extra mile. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be calling James again for any future locksmith jobs.

Our door was stuck shut, we couldn't open it and the key wouldn't go in. Did a google review and a few companies came up. We got quoted by 3, this company came out on top by a mile. Read his reviews and was happy. James came out really quick to have a look, but ended up fixing the issue and giving us a great understanding about what had gone wrong, why and what to look out for in future. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy tradesman, which is more important to us than price. The fact he was the most price competitive was an added bonus. Could not recommend James and this business more!
