New combi boiler
Joe is a superstar. I cannot rate him highly enough. His work is of the highest quality, he is always on time, patiently explains everything, is keen to find the most cost effective solution and really cares. This was not an easy job, involving a deal of disruption as the system was being completed changed. With anyone else this could have been a complete nightmare but Joe made it painless, going the extra mile at every stage to make sure we were happy. A real find.

Fix leaking washing machine and broken radiator

Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Installation

Replacement water cylinder
Great customer service. Really quick to source the cylinder (which others were saying they couldn’t get!), great communication throughout on delivery of the item and also when the work could be completed (which was less than a week from first reaching out). Really friendly guy - very quick, clean and tidy. Services won’t let me select otherwise - but was replacement hot water cylinder.
