I had hot water in the property but the shower water was cold. Josh came within the hour and diagnosed that a new pump was needed. He sourced it, fitted it and replaced tiles all to perfection - all within a few days and over Xmas. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Great communication throughout and was reliable and lovely! Josh replaced two radiators, both tricky jobs, with great skill and professionalism. He stuck to his original quote, with no unexpected costs, which I really appreciated. He was punctual, polite and explained everything clearly. The work was completed to a high standard, and I’m thrilled with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. The tradesperson responded as soon as I posted the job, which was very reassuring considering it was Saturday evening. I was given the choice of a Sat evening call out or a Sunday call out. The work was completed quickly and in a satisfactory manner. An updated ETA would have helped, but overall I was very impressed by the efficient and courteous service.
