Flat full repair and fix-up for it to be in good condition to sell.
Chingford Flat. For all walls, ceilings, skirting board and in-wall wardrobes he cleared any humidity marks, with treatment, filling of wall cracks, sanding and finish painting. Replacement if of a light switches dimmable to standard switches. Replacement of light fittings to spot lights. Placement of all blinds. Bespoke boxing electrical box with access hatch and painting. Removal all doors, new paint and re-fit. Removal of heavy old furniture no longer required.

Flooring throughout the house
I needed someone to do my flooring as I was moving in within the week. He was reliable and easy to talk to. He made sure the quality of the work was up to standard. He was efficient, quick and attentive. I would definitely recommend him if you need anything done at your house.
