I hired Joe in July 2021 and was initially impressed with his proposals and previous recommendation. However things quickly deteriorated and Joe and the team became very unreliable, often late or wouldn’t turn up without a word. With a baby on the way we were desperate and paid Joe £9000 over the months and he sent unqualified tradespeople to do the work. We ended up with a dangerous conservatory roof that was not compliant with building standards and a shell of a room where the toilet was meant to be. Neither I or my husband have heard from Joe since early November.

We would highly recommend Joe, he did our two story extension and we were delighted with his work. He was efficient, his men were polite and approached and his work was to a very high standard. He provided all trades and managed the whole project from start to finish. This saved us a lot of work throughout. We would definitely use Joe and his team again.
