Chimney repointing and new dry verge
Had the lads around last week they came out give a free quote and put it all in writing before the work was carried out very happy with the work that was done very pleasant lads everything that needed doing was done the same day 10/10 for the workmen ship would definitely recommendJob location: CH210 Ridged Tiles Repair

Roof repair
Search came up with Joe Hamilton Roofing who called on 92/24. Came in sign written van, said he was Joe (60'ish) and had a young lad with him. Inspected roof just above gutter as the interior wall was getting damp and mouldy. Said if he removed a row or two of tiles and replaced some felt that would fix it. Would do it now for £150. Made it sound like small job so I agreed. He then left a written estimate for me to sign for £1500. Said I'd obviously misheard him. As if !!
