Joel Wood Electrical came out to install extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom as well as new lights in the bedroom and a double socket. The work was carried out in a timely fashion and to a high standard I would highly recommend their services.

The light/extractor fan were working only intermittently. We had someone from the company round who advised the light switch would need to be replaced. They also found that the extractor fan was being vented into the loft and a new part was needed. The guy who turned up to replace these parts turned up around 4/5 hours later than stated, i only received an update after calling. Straight after leaving the light stopped, we were told the bulb needed replacing, which we did. A few weeks later and we have the exact same issue of the light only working intermittently.

The young man that came to complete our Electrical Inspection Condition Report was fantastic! He arrived on time and explained everything before he began. Our communication with Joel was brilliant and he answered any questions we had; he responded promptly and in detail. I will definitely be using this company again for anymore electrical work I need doing!
