We contacted Joe as we had a broken shower that had leaked through the kitchen ceiling. Joe arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and very easy to get on with. What I especially appreciated was that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong before explaining how he was going to fix it and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
