  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

  Posted 12 October

  Excellent

We had a significant crack in an interior wall and were recommended this company. The work involved removing a radiator, stripping back the plaster to expose the brick, clean the bricks and then knit together the crack using helibars etc. Although it was very dusty, Catalin and his team did a great job of cleaning up . The plastering and decoration afterwards is excellent and we recommend them anytime. I think they can do almost anything!

Great team and quality workmanship—delighted with my home renovation!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John And Co Building Ltd carried out renovation work at my house, including two toilets, the hallway, and electrical and plumbing work. I’m really pleased with the results and the quality of their workmanship. They have a great team of skilled electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers and carpenters, and it was lovely to see everything come together so well. A big thank you to John and the whole team for their hard work. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home!

  Excellent - Would recommend

We had the John & Co Building team carry out an extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of our house and we’re really pleased with the result. It was a big job and, as with any major renovation, there were plenty of decisions and a few challenges along the way, but the team were always helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was good throughout and whenever something came up, we could talk it through and find a solution. The guys on site were friendly, respectful of our home and worked really hard. The quality of the work is excellent to the minor details.
