10 Addressing possible water leak due to previously installed electric cable

We were having a water leak issue and damp which we suspected may have been due to a previously installed cable. John was extremely good on communication and organised for a roofer to attend the problem as well o case the issue was being caused by something else. The cable positions was improved and they repaired some broken tiles and poorly installed guttering. All for a very reasonable price. John did an amazing job. He chose the perfect ceiling lights for the kitchen ceiling. Made a special trip to make sure I liked them before installing. Job was done quickly and smoothly. So pleased I found him on Checkatrade. Light by front door done before I could finish making him a cup of tea and it looks like a million dollars.
