John did a excellent job of refitting our bathroom and cloakroom . Nothing was too much trouble . He kept me informed about what would happen next . He was very polite and just got on with his job. I would recommend him to everyone .

John is very reliable and delivers work to a high standard. He cares about the customer and will go the extra mile when undertaking a job. I recently had a problem with a leaking roof and he came to check things out at very short notice and gave balanced and sensible advice.

John always likes to be completely clear about what’s expected and carries out work to a high standard. He always considers future risks eg leaks, and finds ways of either preventing problems or making sure future access to the source is made easier. He is punctual and extremely reliable. If later problems do arise, he is always available to fix them. At the end of the day’s work, he tidies and hoovers the common areas.
