Great service! Arrived on the date agreed with the parts, knew exactly what the problem was, explained the issue and repaired the leak. Great communication beforehand and polite and professional throughout. And actually provided a quote for the required parts to fix the problem, rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire shower system like some of the quotes I'd had. John did a great job. The old valve was particularly difficult to remove, but after several attempts was removed successfully. The new valve was installed and is working perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend John for all domestic plumbing work
