The finished result was exactly what I had in mind and the quote was very competitive. Keep him supplied with biscuits and tea and you will get a fantastic job from a genuine builder. Already asked him to come back for more work.

I am a Landlord and struggle to find contractors to do small jobs - John quoted and carried out work under timescales when the tenant was available, which was not always straightforward. But he met the access criteria that the tenant offered.

Although no work was carried out I feel that I ought to give some comments on John Harts visit to give a quote on the fitting of a new consumer unit etc. John arrived on time and made a thorough examination of my existing wiring in my house. He advised me of all the different options available and the benefits of each. His advise was first class and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in booking him to carry out all my future electrical work.
