I’m so happy with my new bathroom installation! The quality and detail is amazing especially the tiling and shower area! Everyone I dealt with from the showroom to the fitters were so friendly and helpful, Kirsty and Daisy were great with bringing the design to life, John was always super helpful and professional & Chas carried out brilliant work, always left the area clean and tidy and was a pleasure to deal with! I had many quotes for the work over the past few months and I’m so glad I went with you guys as it’s massively lived up to my expectations!

A few months after the fitting was completed we noticed that the cubicle had started to leak. I have since contacted them by phone and in writing and have visited there shop but apart from making one appointment back in August which they failed to attend(without explanation)they have still not responded to my request to fix the job.

The staff were lovely. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The finished bathrooms were fantastic. Had a minor problem a while after the work had been completed, and it was fixed quickly and without charge. I would highly recommend this company.

John was a pleasure to deal with in fitting and tiling our new bathroom. He was the only fitter to spot that the floor required levelling before everything went in, plus the vinyl. He even assisted on elements of our kitchen. Our only regret was not going to him before for to purchase the units from him, we used B&Q. The overall finish was flawless and our new tenants were amazed at how good it all was. As were we. We can't recommend John enough.

Great experience from start to finish with John Howard Bathrooms. From the initial survey, to the design process and then the installation we could not fault the service provided. The whole team are accommodating and nothing seemed too much trouble. The attention to detail and workmanship was spot on and a it was a pleasure having the installers in the house. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would highly recommend John Howard.

Starting with the staff in the shop very friendly, courteous polite, very knowledgeable and soon as I said what I needed wanted they knew exactly what to do. The quality of work and workmanship was fantastic. No mess, no fuss The electrics were all done to a high standard the plumber The tiler and the person that leaded the non-slip flooring all did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company .
