This is the third time I’ve used John. Arrives on the time quoted. Really very helpful. Gets on with the job straight away. This time couldn’t be repaired and fully explained the problem. Gave great advice. Charge was good and not excessive. Will alway use and highly recommended.

Phoned John at the end of my tether with washing machine not draining. He took the time to patiently explain how to change the filter in case I could do it myself before he was available to visit and it worked a treat. So grateful for his time and advice.

John communicated with us well, arranged his appointment directly with our tenant, gave us honest and useful information. He advised us that the 16-year-old dishwasher in our rental property was beyond economical repair due to a slow leak, so we have arranged a replacement. I appreciated the honesty of a relatively quick visit from a real expert to tell us that it wouldn't make financial sense to repair a dishwasher compared to replacing it. Compared to the time we might have wasted trying to diagnose the problem ourselves, getting John round was a bargain.

He was very prompt and capable repairer. Could not repair the machine as it had just worn out, it was over 15 years old.

John was very knowledgeable and had the job finished in around 30 mins
