John Newbold provided an excellent service - he was knowledgeable and completed all areas of work to a high standard. He was also very tidy. He maintained good communication throughout the work. I would definitely use John Newbold again for any future renovations to my home.

John and his team did an excellent job (as always). His workmanship is the highest quality and his cost and time estimates are accurate. His focus is always on doing the best job and kept me informed at all stages. The roof leak was awkward to identify and fix, but he handled it without any issues. Access to the rear of our house is difficult and required bringing materials through the lounge but John was always conscientious of protecting against damage, leaving all areas tidy. Being entirely trustworthy, I just gave him our door keys and left him to it. Highly recommend.

John Newbold has helped me previously. I asked him to quote for repairs to a cracked ceiling, with repair and containment of various damp patches (the root cause had been sorted). He did an excellent job from quotation through to booking in the work, plastering, making-good and decorating. Everything was left spotlessly tidy and the bill came in as quoted. I know that I can trust John, with both his experience, attention-to-detail and communication.

Very pleased with the renovations: new loft insulation, new garage roof, completely re-modelled utility room with new insulated roof with fakro skylight windows and insulated flooring and new insulated inner wall and new bench, painting and decorating inside/outside, storm cream applied to external render works brilliantly at repelling rain,repointing/repairing brickwork, new hallway ceiling. Couldn’t be happier with improvements to bungalow.
