John found and fixed a complex electrical problem that others had failed to fix. He was really informative in explaining the issue and how he had fixed it and was honest about what was needed to be done. He also prioritised the job arrived when he said he would.

John changed/repaired some sockets for me. He communicated clearly, was efficient, and did a quality job. In addition, I really appreciated that he gave me some insightful advice on another electrical task that I was considering. He proposed a better solution based on his better understanding of the wiring in my building. This is especially to his credit as he actually did himself out of some work with this advice. He seems like a really honest and helpful tradesman.

John was quick to call. He listened to my description of the problem and asked relevant questions. He advised me of his availability and when the best time was to call. John was on time and courteous throughout the time in my house. He diagnosed the fault but the part would need to be ordered. Rather than prolonging the fix he showed me how I can do it myself safely. I was happy with this approach.

John responded very quickly and arranged an appointment within 2 days. He gave honest advice and was thorough in his explanation.

2 bathroom light switches developed issues, I called up expecting a few day delay before coming out and having to make do with a phone torch but John came out within a few hours or so and got them fixed up. Very professional, very friendly, absolutely recommend.
