    Fault with multiple lights

    I called John in the morning to explain that several of our lights had stopped working. He offered to come round later the same day and take a look. He isolated the cause quickly and got the lights working again. He was also really helpful to explain and show me the cause of the issue. Happy to recommend.

    Fast, professional and friendly electrician!

    We got in touch with John after finding a damaged connection on one of our bathroom lights after it stopped working. After sending some pictures of the damaged light in question he arranged to come round the following day to repair it. He arrived on time and finished the work quickly. He even put our mind at ease by checking the other lights to make sure their connections weren't damaged as well. He was friendly, professional and responded quickly to our initial inquiries. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

    Heating management system had no power so all thermostats and boiler were off.

    John was meticulous in his investigation and diagnosis of the issue. It wasn’t easy as we had no electrical diagram to follow. Anyway eventually the issue was traced to a faulty switch spur and ultimately resolved. We now have power and the boiler and thermostats are all up and running. John is just a really nice chap alongside his electrical expertise.

    Light fitting

    John replaced four light fittings for us. He did a great job and was very professional and pleasant throughout. The communication was excellent from start to finish.

    Responsive and patient

    The sockets switch on my fuse box was tripped. I messaged John on a Saturday morning and he called me really quickly, gave me some advice over the phone and when that didn’t work he agreed to come out on Saturday afternoon. He patiently tested all the sockets to find the fault and then fixed it for me. I would definitely turn to him again.
