John replaced our 1970s boiler, x7 old radiators and removed an old gas heater in our new house. He booked us in quickly so there were no delays, had all the work done much quicker than expected and did an amazing job! He cleaned up afterwards and left no mess behind which was a bonus. John is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, would highly recommend!

Answered text messages very quickly and visiting the house within days of our text messages. Very pleasant and efficient. Very good at explaining what was wrong and how he was going to be doing to fix our problems.

John Percy is just a star plumber/heating engineer. He has sorted out so many different jobs in my mum's house. He's briliant.

We had been without heating for a long time and nobody could isolate the problem. John methodically worked out what was wrong and cleared the blockage very quickly. He is an excellent and tidy worker and carefully explained every stage of the job. I would definitely recommend hlm to anyone with a heating problem.
