John and the team did an excellent job replacing my gutters at short notice. They were very quick to reply; gave good advice and delivered the job on time, despite a couple of surprises. They dealt with a surprise when unexpected wooden sections of the roof were found to be rotten. They went above and beyond to fix this on the same day as the original job. They also came and put on the finishing touches the morning after. Unfortunately no one got back to me. Called me when I was in a works meeting and called back straight after the meeting but was told he was on his way to another job. Did not call back again.
