  Excellent garage conversion

We required a garage converted to an extra room, this project required planning permission and building regulations so had to be done in a professional, safe and competent manner. The team delivered everything I required. Many different trades were required and all coordinated very well. I enjoyed the fact I felt relaxed while it was done, and had no worries about the order of work. The price of the work was very fair. I am completely happy with the finished result.

  Great, would reccomend

John and his team were great. John was clear on pricing and timings and stuck to both. On site his team were efficient and respectful, leaving no rubbish. The extension has been completed to great standard and was completed within the time frame John committed to. There were also no hidden costs and John was very upfront about the total cost at the start of the project. We would not hesitate in recommending John for any future building projects.

Knock through - load bearing wall

We've just used John for the second time to do a knock through from our dining room to kitchen which included removing a load bearing wall. John's team (Mick and Andrew) once again did a great job completing the work to a high standard, on time and bang on the quoted price which was very fair - we wouldn't hesitate to use John again. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy builders who are hard to come by these days! Thank you gents.

  Garage conversion

I had my garage converted into a studio office by John Smith, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was clean, precise, punctual, and incredibly hardworking. They delivered the project exactly as scheduled, and the final cost matched the original quote,no hidden fees or surprises. What really stood out was how well they organized everything. I didn’t have to manage or coordinate anything myself; they took care of it all, making the process completely stress-free. Their reliability and professionalism were top-notch, and I’m confident I’ll be using them again.

  Complete bathroom refurbishment

This is the second time I have used John and his team. This time was a complete bathroom refurbishment including removing a wall and reconfiguring the design and layout. John is reliable and honest. His quotes are always competitive and he sticks to them even in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The quality of the work is very highly. I will definitely use John again in the future. I highly recommend this company.
