  Roof membrane replacement

  We needed our roof felt/membrane replacing and decided to instruct Johns Property Maintenance due to the good reviews, positive in person conversation about what was needed and their very competitive price. All the guys from start to finish were excellent. Very good communication, very punctual, approachable throughout and tidy - well as tidy as can be when ripping out very old and disintegrated felt. I was very impressed with the speed at which they tackled the task. They found an unexpected issue with our chimney during a planned repair on day one which resulted in an on the spot change of plan but they were helpful and clear about our options and they carried out an alternative repair there and then. We were anxious about having our roof removed but the guys were very professional and made it look effortless. A big thank you to all the guys.

  Great job !

  Paul and his crew arrived on time, set up everything quickly and given the access was only through the house, were thoughtful and careful carrying equipment through. Job was completed to a high standard and subsequent clean up afterwards was excellent! Everyone was friendly and pleasant throughout the day.
