  I can thoroughly recommend John's Property Maintenance. They completely repaired my roof in 9 working days despite the bad weather, replacing everything with new, where appropriate, fitting a new valley gutter, dry ridge tiles, soffits and fascias and gutters. It was a big job, and they arrived at 8am every morning and hardly stopped all day. The team were very respectful and skilled and have done a superb job. I was kept informed of how things were progressing all the time, and consulted on everything. Which was great. The weather has been atrocious since they finished but the house is dry!

• Conservatory roof repair.

  Had issues long standing issues with a leaking conservatory metrotile roof that a previous company installed 6 years ago. John came out and upon close inspection found that the roof was not installed correctly and the felt under the tiles was soaking wet. At that stage we had little option but to have John and his team strip the roof and rebuild which they started immediately. Work appears to be done to a very high standard and the employees were all polite and left the site very clean indeed. We now have the safety of a long warranty.
