  Trustworthy and professional Team.

  John and his team are friendly, diligent and professional and I could not rate them highly enough. They were recommended to us by a neighbour after a terrible experience with another local firm. John was empathetic and understanding and worked with us to source all associated trades to put things right. I would have no issue recommending his work to others. Thank you John, Andy and team.

  Removal of load bearing wall, kitchen and relocation of services and kitchen

  After being repeatedly let down by builders, John and his team took on our project between jobs despite being incredibly busy. The workmanship is excellent, the project was completed quickly, but no corners cut. John and his team were fantastic to work with and have restored our faith! Nothing too small to ask of them, incredibly flexible and solution focused approach to help you get the best from the work carried out; not to mention a generally lovely team and pleasure to have to in your house. Would definitely recommend and will be going back to John for future works- thank you!

  Barn Conversion

  John Tolly and his team converted a former livestock barn Into a luxury 4 Bed upside down living dwelling. We used John Tolly for a previous extension and knew it was the right choice to use John again. Absolutely trilled and can not thank John enough for his honesty, support and 5 star work.

  Demolition of chimney to ground level, changing doorway, re-plastering and heating pipework and plumbing amendments

  Highly responsive to our requirements and readily adapted to changing circumstances. John was very effective in managing the work of other trades and all the tradesmen he employed on our work were a pleasure to have in our home. He met our critical deadlines and the quality of the work undertaken was excellent. We hope to employ John again on a larger project.
