First class!
Excellent service from John Williams as always! Their team visited to look at standalone fire not lighting, resolved it speedily and then asked if I had ordered the central heating timer referred to on their previous visit. It had indeed arrived and so they fitted it on the same day as opposed to waiting for the already booked appointment in mid November. Charlie and Ewan arrived on time and did a good small repiping job and shower installation. The office is easy to communicate with. John Williams Heating Services is a family run business, owned and operated by husband and wife team John and Debbie Williams. Established in April 2004, the company has a combined knowledge and experience of over 100 years and is based on Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Our aim is to provide an excellent customer experience from the first point of contact until the job is complete, no matter how big or small the job. We are honest and reliable and do an excellent job for a fair and competitive price, without compromising on quality.
