Louie diagnosed the issue and arranged to revisit and repair. He returned and carried out repairs to an old unused lead pipe that was buried into concrete in the floor behind units, also my stop cock was defective ( not fully turning water off) so he replaced this too. I would recommend Jolly's and Louie to anyone requiring and plumbing or emergency work.

Diagnosed my problems very quickly , returned within 2 days and completed repairs, I would highly recommend giving Louie a call if required.
