Eddie did an excellent job repairing some damaged brickwork in two bay windows, which required a lot of angled brick cuts and matching of original brickwork in a listed house.

The company had to first chop out existing concreting. Re-do flat-top area and put in longer and gentler sloped off-ramps, left & right, altering groundwork to accommodate, also altering rainwater downpipe to suit

The workmen were friendly, professional and did and excellent job. We were pleased with the quality and price of the work. Everyone who worked on our home was helpful, offering suggestions, and did a high standard of work.

The company's bricklayer, Ed, who specialises in lime work, rebuilt and restored some Georgian window bays which had angled sides and some difficult brick bonds. The quality of the work was excellent.

From discussing our requirements with Grahame, during a site visit to assess the project, to completion a month later, the whole process was smooth and professional. Eddy carried out the work and he was courteous, good humoured, very tidy and a skilful bricklayer and plasterer. The whole project came in at a very fair price too. We have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan Butcher Developments and are delighted with the finished result - thank you! We hope to use the company again in the near future.
