Used Jon for many years , would recommend

Jon came out the same day and dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. We have used Jon before and would definitely recommend.

We phoned Jon about 12 noon and he arrived by 1 oclock as promised. He went through all the options on tbe very old sky box and explained in simple terms what would be our best option to avoid future problems. He was very thorough very informative and extremlely pleasant. A real pleasure to find such a profesional, reliable gentleman. Great service!

Jon came to diagnose a poor signal on a Friday. A faulty LNB was quickly identified. A temporary fix was provided over the weekend and a new LNB (and larger dish) was fitted on Monday. All work very neat and done with a smile. We now have a very strong reliable signal in all weathers.
