  Leaking boiler

  Jones Heating wasn’t the first company I called to sort the leak in my elderly neighbours boiler, purely because he is not the first company that comes up, but I’m glad I called and he was the one I chose to carry out the work. He wasn’t worried about my concerns regarding the cleanliness of my neighbours house and he certainly showed no concern when he came in. He fixed the leak and checked all the gas appliances, made safe what had to be made safe, and even got the all the burners working on the gas hob. All for the exact price he quoted. We are both very pleased with his work.

  Emergency Call Out

  We had a burst pipe in the kitchen. Typical that it happens at the end of the day. Rung Gareth who came out within the hour and sorted it quickly. This the 2nd time we have used their services and can not recommend them highly enough. 10/10 again.

  Raising boiler pressure

  I bled my heaters last night and boiler pressure dropped to zero. We had no heating in our radiators in the morning but I called Gareth and he was able to talk me through raising the boiler pressure over the phone for free. This is the example of a kind Samaritan as I had no plumbing expertise but he was able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. I was able to raise the boiler pressure and get heating back to all my radiators in the freezing winter. Thank you so much Gareth

  hot water tank was moved , also two bar showers installed and finally the system was then serviced.

  This work was completed over two days. The work was completed extremely well. There was little inconvenience. Everything completed without any surprises and a good quality work. All the rubbish was taken away and work place was kept tidy. Fully cleaned up after completion. Extremely pleased with the completed work.

  Gas Central Heating Servicing / Repair

  Fixed leak!

  Gareth was an absolute superstar when what we hoped would be a nice quick job turned in to a nasty leak under the bathroom! He sorted the problem quickly and left the place tidy and like he’d never been here (even after taking up flooring and carpet!!). His pricing was also fantastic! Will definitely be calling Gareth if I have any future problems and recommending to friends and family! Thank you so much!!
