Excellent experience from a very competent and knowledgable tradesman. Punctual , good communicator , doesn’t leave the job until he’s completely satisfied that the end result is as envisioned. Would highly recommend Michael.

Having been so impressed with work Michael had done before, we wanted him to do two big, disruptive jobs. He worked with us around timescale constraints and his positive and creatively solution-focused approach meant that whenever he hit a snag (floor level being 20mm out; wrong shower screen delivered; previous bathroom tiles so securely stuck that most just wouldn’t come off) he had at least one alternative. He and Luke worked hard to deliver our vision. Brilliant service, great comms and positive, hardworking approach made it a pleasure to have these two professionals in the house.

Dave had previously serviced our boiler, so when it started leaking we called him. He said it was not repairable and needed replacement. We had independent confirmation so although the price was high (iHeat kept offering bargains) we want a relationship with an LPG certified tradesman and bit the bullet. Dave did an excellent job, neat and tidy, so I have no hesitation in recommending him highly. You get what you pay for.

Mike is a pleasure to work with. He came out this morning for what was suppose to be a simple boiler service. However it was anything but that. My boiler needed to be stripped down and cleaned. Mike kept me up to date in what he was doing and got the job done. I would highly recommend him and I will be using him again soon after the new year.

We wanted some old radiators replaced and repositioned; Mike gave us options we’re hadn’t considered but absolutely love. Throughout he kept us informed, came exactly when planned, worked quietly and efficiently with no drama. Has great solutions for a problem. The quality of his work is outstanding and the value is great. We’ll definitely be using Mike’s services again!
