My name is Jon Reed and I am a sole trader with over 35 year’s experience covering all aspects of the building trade.
Over the years I have worked on a large variety of jobs from private work to site management and have undertaken work for all business sectors.
I specialise in home refurbishments and can undertake all aspects of building work from large to small to meet the needs of my customers.

Converting partially constructed outbuilding into a garden room.
Jon and Motty were fantastic throughout the entire process of the work. We had recently purchased a house with a partially constructed outbuilding in the garden which we wanted turned into a garden room. Jon and Motty provided such a high quality of work and were so helpful and professional throughout the build. Jon did everything to keep the project in budget and we actually came in under budget! Both really nice guys and top professionals who we would definitely use again. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Outstanding from being to end. A totally trustworthy builder who did precisely what was agreed in budget and to time. I will be using the firm again
Partial garage conversion
Jon and Andy did a fantastic job on our garage conversion. They were highly professional from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent. They were kind, courteous, very well organised, and kept us up-to-date with every step of the process. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I plan on using them again for further projects in the house. I have no reservations in recommending their services to family and friends. Well done John and Andy. The garage looks great.
Take down existing gutters and soffit boards to both sides of house and extension
Was really impressed with this builder. He arranged a scaffolder and a roofer. Then completely took down all existing rotten wooden soffit boards and broken scaffolding. Replaced with new pvc ones that is less maintenance, will just need a wipe clean and last years and nothing rotting away. It took 3 days to do, we have a double fronted house, and everyday left the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend. He’s done many different jobs for us over the past 6 years and I know I can go out and do and leave him working at home with no one there. Very trustworthy.
