House painting
Jon and Stuart did a wonderful job repairing the render and gutters on the house as well as giving it several much needed coats of paint. I would very much recommend Jon for all your building needs.

Fitting a new soakaway
As usual Jon gave us an accurate estimate of the work to be carried out, always mindful of keeping cost down.The work was carried out quickly and with minimum disruption.The soakaway is working well, we very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Renovated old uninsulated room
We bought a house with an old 1 brick thick uninsulated back room, with no ceiling and a dodgy roof which we needed to make useable on a budget. Jon did an AMAZING job!! He is really knowledgeable and was able to turn it into a cosy warm room. He found ways to save us money on the job, while making it wonderful. He put in insulation, new plasterboard walls, a ceiling and made sure the roof was watertight. He helped us design what had been an awkwardness space. I am really happy with the outcome. Jon is a really great guy to work with, very reliable and I would happily use him again.

Wooden floor prep
This is the fifth time I’ve engaged with Jon Reed Builders and that probably says it all. Extremely experience team. Nothing is too much trouble for them, a can do attitude and they are totally reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for all types of building work.

Various repairs
Jon is an absolute superstar whom I can't recommend highly enough. He's refurbished our leaking en-suite shower and fixing all the damage it had caused as well as repairing our defective guttering. We will definitely be calling on Jon's considerable expertise again in the new year.

Bricking up fireplace, plastering wall, making good.
Jon was easy to deal with. He communicated really well, clarifying what we required and providing us with a quote before he started work. The work was completed quickly to a very high standard.
