Spoke to Jon several times before I booked him for the job as I had some questions about compatability of the EV charger he'd quoted. Jon contacted the EV charger company and got all the answers I needed. Once booked, Jon turned up on time and carried out the install with no fuss or mess. He talked me through the setup via the EV charger app and got the car on charge at the first attempt. A very polite and professional service and I wouldn't hesitate to get Jon in again
