Needed a gardener to cut just the top of a 3m wide boundary hedge. I prepared full details and photos of the hedge, and send this to him. We agreed a date and cost. He cancelled the 1st appointment. It was rebooked for month later. On the day, I talked him through the job. He said he thought the work would be *much easier* ! I offered to pay 50% more, he responded 'no, I'm not interested'. And left. So, if you need your flowers deadheaded, or your roses tied to bamboo sticks, or your path swept - then he's your man !!
