    We bought a mid terrace property in Ruislip, and got them to do a full refurbishment (incl. Extension). We were new to this process but the builders were very professional. The work was completed on time and too expected quality. We are still complimented for the finish of our house. We definitely recommend them.

    Bal and his team helped us renovate our entire home. From scraping down the walls, breaking a few, replastering, painting, floor levelling etc. The project involved full Electrics rewiring, Heating repiping, conversion of bathroom to two shower rooms, a garage conversion, new driveway and garden relay. They completed phase one (all rework inside the main house) in just 3 months and got us into our home knowing we had a landlord based deadline we needed to meet. They were really on point, focussed and got the job done really fast with good quality. Highly recommend them.

Josan Home Improvement Ltd is a family run construction business established in 2019. Our team of specialists have over 20 years of experience in all types of construction work. We currently operate in Hounslow and surrounding areas (but not limited to) such as Pinner, Northwood, Hayes, Reading, Uxbridge, Harrow and Slough.


We have completed over 50 large projects which include loft conversions, all types of extensions (kitchens, back and sides) and full house refurbishments. Smaller jobs that we have carried out include kitchen installations, painting, bathroom renovations, fencing, driveways and patio work.
